The updated 2.2-litre diesel engine also improves on efficiency compared to previous models, maximising both fuel efficiency and performance. With a capacity of 202 hp and 441 Nm of torque, the 2.2-litre e-XDi diesel engine is renowned for its exceptional performance. Equipped with four-wheel drive, automatic transmission and a cleverly added tow bar, the Grand Musso boasts an impressive towing capacity of up to 3.5 tonnes.
Unlike a monocoque architecture, the Musso pickup's engine and suspension are attached directly to the chassis. This absorbs the heavy impacts felt when driving on very poor surfaces or speed bumps, thus ensuring maximum stability.
A wide gear ratio optimizes gear changes to suit varying driving conditions.
